Have you already received your order and you are not entirely happy with the product? No problem, you can always return a product at no charge to lampandlight.co.uk. Please contact our customer service to report your return within the 30 days that starts after receiving your complete order. It remains a little uncertain when you can send us your package by post. Should it not succeed within the 30 days, please contact our customer service again. We will be happy to work out a suitable solution for your situation. Please make sure you have your customer and order number at hand so that we can quickly enter them in our system and be able to refund your money.
